Reviews and Ratings
The hotel room is slightly smaller than the previous one on the ground floor, but still very nice and adequate for a single or couple. The room was so cozy; I had the best night's sleep and felt very safe and happy. The service was excellent, with staff going above and beyond to assist. The location was nice, quiet and within a reasonable distance to the city center. The dining experience was overall good, although the portion size was a bit small for the price.
I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the hotel. The rooms were cozy, clean, and made me feel at home, especially when we arrived in extremely cold weather -30°C. They were stylish and equipped with everything I needed, including a coffee machine, small fridge, TV with a few English channels, hairdryer, towels, and shower gel. The service was professional, courteous, and really friendly. The staff even gave me food recommendations and personally came to retrieve me from my room when the delivery person arrived. The location, although peaceful and quiet with lovely canals, did make it a bit challenging to reach Amsterdam city center easily, better suited for those with a car than on foot. The continental breakfast was delicious with a variety of options, though the coffee machine was out of milk. Overall, a lovely buffet experience. Facilities were top-notch, adding to the pleasant stay.
The hotel had a nice, quiet location within a reasonable distance to the city center and public transportation to the airport and Amsterdam. The rooms were dusty which made me and my partner ill upon returning, and they felt a bit narrow and not ready. The dining experience offered many choices but was simple. The service was friendly overall, though there were issues with providing first aid.
The hotel is situated in a small borough of south Amsterdam, which might not be ideal for me personally due to its distance from central Amsterdam. The rooms, although a bit narrow, are kept clean offering a comfortable stay. The service was top-notch from the staff, who were polite and helpful throughout my less-than-24-hours stay. The dining experience had its ups and downs with a nice buffet but limited options for €12.50, with the morning coffee selection affected by a milk shortage. Overall, the hotel provides good value for money despite its location.
